David - self portrait - exercise 1
Self portrait January 2020 (Photoshop). I used brush strokes and simplified colors to paint this by hand. This is one of my favorite hats, and a necessity for Eastern Washington. I was thinking of an earlier vector self portrait I did, but I wanted to make this more painterly, perhaps taking some inspiration from Van Gogh's work.
